Law Enforcement Request Guide
Welcome to the Law Enforcement Requests page. Sable Club supports legitimate requests from authorized law enforcement and government agencies. Each submission is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Where required by applicable law and consistent with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, we may disclose relevant information.
For authorized officials only. If you are a customer and need support, please visit our Help Center or contact the Customer Service team through the Sable Club app.
1) Submit an information request
Please submit law enforcement information request by email to contact@sableclub.com.

Please send the request from an official agency email address (government / law enforcement domain where available).

Please use the subject line: Law Enforcement Request.
2) What to include (to avoid delays)
To help us verify your request and respond efficiently, please include the following (as applicable):

The requesting agency name and country/administration

The requesting officer’s name/title and proof of authority (e.g., agency ID/badge and authorization documentation)

The applicable legal process (subpoena, court order, warrant, or equivalent) that is duly authorized, with clear scope and time range (English preferred; if not in English, we may request a translation)

Identifiers to locate the relevant user/account (e.g., name, email, phone with country code, User ID, wallet address, transaction hash(es))

Identifiers in copyable text (email body or searchable/copyable PDF/Word/Excel)

Brief case context and, where applicable, flow of funds (addresses, tx hashes, timelines)

Whether the request may be disclosed to the relevant user and the legal basis for any requested non-disclosure or delayed disclosure (if applicable)
Formatting suggestion: For avoidance of doubt, email communications should be in English.
3) Requests involving account freezing
If your request involves freezing an account, please also include:

Which assets/accounts should be frozen (the relevant account(s) and/or wallet address(es)) and the scope of the freeze

The requested freeze duration

Whether user notice is prohibited, and the legal basis (if applicable). If not specified, we may notify the user in accordance with our policies and applicable law
4) Emergency requests
For urgent request, email contact@sableclub.com and begin the subject line with "EMERGENCY".
Operational note: Please describe the imminent risk and the specific information or action requested so we can prioritize and respond quickly.
